Well, it's been a month so guess it's time for a post!!! (Pitiful I know!) March has FLOWN by and I'm now two weeks away from my due date. Josie will be here anytime and we are so excited! In the meantime, we have been enjoying our last month with Riley as our only child. What have we been up to? See for yourself...
Riley LOVES Mickey Mouse so we took her to Playhouse Disney Live. It was a great show and I think she had a ball!
Since Josie will be taking over the nursery, Riley got a new room complete with a "big girl bed." Her love for Mickey inspired this room! Still have a lot of decorating to do but she doesn't seem to mind!
Spring is here and we are so excited about warm days! If you know our Riley you know she's an outdoors kiddo! She LOVES everything about being outside.
Riley informed us that she was planting "rocks" and that trees would grow. While doing this she asked us, "Do you know what God does?" She proceeded to tell us that He plants seeds and makes the sun.

I won't share a picture but Riley is FINALLY getting the hang of "pee-peeing on the potty!" We have tried on and off since last summer but it was just a source of frustration for both her and us. I've always been told, when they're ready, you'll know. Sure enough, last week she asked to wear panties and since then has been pretty consistent using the potty! Our little baby is growing up to be a big girl! I am so proud of her yet at the same time sad that these past two and a half years have passed so quickly. We look forward to so many more memories with our first baby and anticipate the times with our new baby!

Hi, Angela! I found your blog this week and enjoyed looking at the pictures of Riley and your home surroundings. I love the photos of her walking down the lane - so restful and pretty.
I will keep checking here for pictures of Josie and Riley when you have the time to update. I know you are very busy right now!
