Switching gears...

When I originally started this blog in the fall of 2008, it was devoted to a little business I'd started making hair bows and dresses. As you can see from my last post, November 2008, it quickly went by the wayside! I started making items in hopes of finding a financial means so that I could be a stay at home mommy. In the meantime, I realized in my attempt how much time I was taking away from my family making those things and posting them on my blog.


Now, 8 months later I have rediscovered blogging for recreation! My good friend, Miranda, has a wonderful blog, http://sippycupsandfingerprints.blogspot.com/, that I enjoy reading daily. It challenges me, teaches me, and keeps me up to date on her growing family. I've seen how a blog can serve as a picture album, a baby book, a scrapbook...whatever you want to call it with written commentary to make it even better!

and I have thoroughly enjoyed just the few days I've been enthralled with it. Now I want to make sure that all the wonderful memories I make with my family are captured and remembered through pictures and journaling. So sit back and take a peak into our story...
